Victory Leader's Band (V.L.B.) is our outreach ministry for the teenagers.  This is when the youth is caught between worlds.  They aren't little, but they aren't adult enough yet either.  Life for Teens is wrought with confusion in this day and age. 

​To feel loved and acceptance is the far cry.  We want to have a ministry that addresses these concerns by using our Victory Leaders Band as the instrument to let them know they are still loved and we want want to train them to be leaders.

​What this will do is give them a purpose.  Purpose means acceptance.  So when you're given even a small amount of responsibility it promotes a certain degree of development.  This isn't to rush them into adulthood but to keep them grounded in faith.
